Powerbox offers a range of battery chargers for a wide range of application and industries. Battery chargers covered include standard battery chargers, DC UPS (Uninterrupted power system) and telecom rectifier systems. Battery chargers system offered are either linear or switch mode topology. The battery chargers are suited to charge lead acid base or gel based batteries. They come in standalone units or rectifier modules employed within a rack mounting power shelf. Battery systems can be classified under three categories: General Purpose, DC UPS & Telecom Rectifiers Systems.
General Purpose
This category offers the widest range for general battery charging from commercial to industrial application. Mounting options include chassis, wall and rack mounting. Power ranges from 35 Watts up to 6 Kilowatts.
DC UPS
This category offers the battery charging system where a user requires an uninterrupted DC system with features of low noise, LVD (low voltage disconnect) and alarm contacts. Typical system allows both load and battery being supplied when mains are available and the load powered from the battery when mains are not available. The range offers either in chassis or rack mounting with power ratings from 35 Watts up to 645 Watts. The PB251A Series has the optional Network Enabled for remote system monitoring via an embedded web page.
