Military Power Supply

Railway Converters
To meet increasing needs for less energy waste, Powerbox has designed a high efficiency railway converter to supply Locomotive headlights. The dual output PB315 replaces dropping resistors currently used to dim incandescent headlights on Locomotives. These dropping resistors waste large amounts of battery energy as heat, which in turn adds to the air conditioning load which requires more energy for cooling.
Security Power Supply
By incorporating a suitably sized and configured UPS within an installation, not only can the system continue operating during a complete mains power failure, but by specifying superior “On-Line” or “Double Conversion” UPS technology, your expensive investment in DVR, Camera and Access Control equipment can be totally isolated from poor quality mains supply - thereby increasing system life and reliability.
