Powerbox Pacific will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and forward it to you, along with RMA form to be returned with the faulty converter and a Powerbox address label.
After receiving the RMA number, please ship the defective converter to Powerbox Pacific.
If the faulty converter is covered under product warranty, Powerbox Pacific Repair Centre will repair and return the faulty converter.
If the faulty converter is out of warranty, Powerbox Pacific will provide a quotation for the repair and return of the faulty converter.
